Who wrote this material?

The cofounders of justsell.com wrote 50 ways and places -- Jim Gould & Sam Parker.

Why is it free?

The site is published at no cost to the reader through a partnership between FrontRange Solutions (creator of GoldMine® and Heat®), Factiva®, and justsell.com – three organizations that support individuals responsible for driving sales.

Instead of putting our names on a stadium or advertising during the Super Bowl, we published a site we felt would benefit our customers, prospects, and subscribers.

What’s the catch?

There is none. We benefit by helping you and your team. Our hope is you’ll remember us when you’re in need of business information services, crm solutions, and great sales development material.

What is justsell.com?

justsell.com is the web’s resource for sales leaders™. It was established in early 1998 and now serves over 130,000 subscribers through its various email newsletters and websites.

Who’s Jim Gould?

Jim is a cofounder of MaxPitch Media, Inc. (publishers of justsell.com) and a business geek. He loves all aspects of being in and running a business. In college, he was even in a business fraternity, and currently, he may be the only founder of an Internet company who still wears white, starched shirts.

Before justsell.com, he was in sales and management for an international finance company and in 1997, caught the web bug with an Internet banking company (before web banking actually used the Internet).

Jim guest lectures to university classes on sales, entrepreneurship, and online marketing. He graduated from James Madison University in 1988, with degrees in finance and international business, and George Mason University in 1997, with a master in business administration. He secretly wishes Sam would have become a master in business administration as well.

Who’s Sam Parker?

Sam is also one of the cofounders of justsell.com (MaxPitch Media, Inc.). Before starting justsell.com, Sam sold in several different industries – office products, financial services, pharmaceuticals, joint replacements, and software. Today, one of his primary purposes in life is to serve the subscribers of justsell.com and its sponsoring partners.

He’s also the author of 212º the extra degree®, blogs at www.justparker.com, has a degree in marketing from James Madison University, loves advertising, and sells daily. He frequently thanks Jim for being the master of business administration so he doesn’t have to.

Do any of the resources mentioned in the 50 ways pay for their inclusion?

No. All products and services mentioned here by name are mentioned because we believe them to be valuable resources.

What can I do with the material?

You can read it. You can use it. You can email or give it to others (colleagues, new recruits, resellers, team and association members, prospects, and customers – now that’s sales love). You can print it out and hand it to a loved one or bring it home to a spouse as a gift (they’ll love you for it -- probably).

What can’t I do with the ebook?

Please don’t let the material go to waste by not implementing the ideas that fit your sales world. Ideas generally don’t sell without effort.

Additionally, please don’t republish, sell, or offer the material from your website without advanced written permission from MaxPitch Media, Inc. (please feel free to link to it anytime: www.50waysandplaces.com – we’ll love you for it).

Finally, please don’t alter the material in any way or use it as a foundation for a “for-hire” presentation without advanced written permission from MaxPitch Media, Inc.

Is there a printed format of this book available?

Not at the moment.

I have a way or place to contribute. How can I submit it?

You can email us at 50ways@maxpitch.com.

How can I get in touch with the authors?

You can call them in Richmond, Virginia at 804-762-4500 or email them at 50ways@maxpitch.com.
